About
Sara Bautista is an independent branding and editorial designer based in Madrid. Working at the intersection of strategy and craft, she partners with brands and studios to build cohesive identity systems, publishing, and packaging. Her process is research-led and concept-driven: defining a clear point of view to create simple, durable visual languages.
With a background of seven years at Interbrand (Madrid & London), Sara has led international projects across Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East. During her tenure at Interbrand, she directed the design for Best Global Brands 2023, contributing to the team’s achievement of a Red Dot Grand Prix.
Beyond commercial work, she maintains a self-initiated practice that functions as a lab—testing materials and image-making techniques where everyday observations evolve into client-ready systems.
